Illustrative — your trajectory depends on review volume and response rate

Get a free reputation audit.

A senior responder reviews your public review surfaces and replies within one business day with a sample response and any reputation flags worth attention. No credit card.

If you've ever said any of these, this is for you.

"Three calls last week said 'we found someone else.'"

When your Google rating sits below 4.0, prospects quietly move on before they ever pick up the phone — not because the work got worse, but because the star number got lower. The Triage Network catches every review the moment it lands and starts your recovery the same day.

"I won't put 17 years of work in some computer's hands."

You shouldn't have to. The Vault is your dashboard — every draft response lands there first. You read it. You approve it. You can edit every single word before it goes live. Nothing is posted under your name without your sign-off. Your business, your voice, your call. A real human at FiveStarGuard reviews everything before it ever reaches your inbox.

"Fake reviews are a hard no. Period."

Good. That's our line too. Sweet-Spot Customer Targeting identifies real customers who recently had a genuine positive experience with your business and asks for their honest feedback. We never write reviews on their behalf, never script what they say, and never offer any incentive. The only reviews that go up are ones earned by your actual work.

One system. Three moves. Stars climb.

No technical setup. You're live within one business day.

Step 1

Triage Network

Every review across Google, Yelp, and Facebook is captured the moment it posts — day or night, weekend or holiday. Critical reviews are flagged immediately so no bad star sits unanswered for days.

Step 2

The Vault

A reply is drafted in your voice and lands in The Vault within hours. You get a text alert. Open it, read it, approve with one tap — or edit freely. Nothing goes live without you.

Step 3

Authority Injection + Booster Campaigns

Happy recent customers are identified using Sweet-Spot Customer Targeting and invited to share their honest experience. Booster Campaigns run automatically — tasteful, compliant, and effective.

Pick the plan that fits where you are right now.

No contracts. No setup fees. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time.

"Showed up 90 minutes late and the edge work was sloppy — grass clippings left all over the driveway. Called twice to follow up, got no answer. Really disappointed."

Routed to The Vault

"K., that's on us — being late and leaving a messy driveway is not the standard we hold ourselves to, and I completely understand your frustration. I tried calling back but missed you; please text me directly at the number on your invoice and I'll personally schedule a complimentary touch-up at your convenience. Thank you for the honest feedback — this is how we get better. — Jordan L., LDK Lawn Care"

Approved in one tap. The customer later updated their review.

This is a fictionalized illustration of our recovery framework using a composite client profile. Individual results vary based on review volume, response rate, and business type.

Why I built this.

I've watched good businesses lose real customers not because their work got worse, but because a few bad reviews piled up and nobody had time to respond. A roofer in Tulsa. A lawn crew in Kansas City. A dentist who'd been serving the same neighborhood for eighteen years. All bleeding leads from a number on Google they didn't even know had slipped.

Most reputation tools want you to trust everything to software and never look behind the curtain. That's not how I'd want to run my business, and I don't expect you to either. FiveStarGuard puts you in control. Every reply you see before it goes out. Every campaign you can pause with one call. Every result reported in plain English, not dashboard jargon.

We're early — that means you get direct access to me, and a team that is genuinely invested in your star rating going up. If I don't think FiveStarGuard is a good fit for your situation, I'll tell you that on the audit call. No pressure, no pitch.

If this isn't a good fit, I'll tell you. — Sudhir

Straight answers. No runaround.

Will this get my Google profile banned?

No. Everything we do is within Google's Terms of Service. We only help you respond to reviews — which Google actively encourages business owners to do. For Booster Campaigns, we contact your real, recently-served customers and ask for their honest feedback. We never manufacture reviews, never incentivize fake ones, and never ask anyone to remove a legitimate negative review.

Will the replies sound like a robot?

No. During onboarding we collect examples of how you actually talk to customers — old emails, texts, any past review responses you liked. We build your voice profile from those examples. Every draft is written in that voice. You read it before it goes anywhere and can edit word-for-word. Nothing posts under your name without your explicit approval.

What if I don't agree with a draft?

Nothing is posted without your explicit approval — ever. You get a text or email notification, tap to open The Vault, read the draft, and either approve with one tap or edit it freely. If you don't act within 24 hours, the draft stays in The Vault. We never post under your name without your sign-off.

Do you write fake reviews? (Answer: No. Ever. Read why.)

No. Ever. We only contact real customers who have actually done business with you and ask for their honest opinion. We do not write reviews on their behalf. We do not coach them on what to say beyond "be honest." We do not offer discounts, gifts, or any form of reward in exchange for a positive review. This is a hard line we will never cross — it would put your Google profile at genuine risk, it violates platform policies, and it is simply wrong. Your star rating has to be earned by your actual work. That's the only kind that sticks.

How quickly will I see movement on my rating?

Star-rating lift depends on your review volume and response rate. Businesses with steady weekly transaction flow tend to see measurable improvement within a couple of months as new positive reviews accumulate and existing critics receive thoughtful, on-brand replies. We are upfront about realistic timing during onboarding so expectations stay grounded.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel any time from your account settings — no awkward cancellation call. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period.

How does onboarding work?

After signup we collect examples of how you talk to customers, connect to your Google Business Profile, Yelp, and Facebook listings, and build your voice profile. Drafts begin landing in The Vault for your approval shortly after onboarding completes.

Do you handle Yelp and Facebook too?

Yes. Google Business Profile, Yelp, and Facebook are all monitored simultaneously on every plan at no extra charge. Google gets priority because it has the biggest impact on local search, but Yelp and Facebook reviews are tracked, responded to, and included in your monthly Star Health report. No add-on fees, no separate setup.

See where your star rating actually stands.

Your free reputation audit takes about 15 minutes. We'll show you where your star rating stands, what's driving it down, and what a realistic recovery looks like for your business.

No credit card. No commitment. Straight answers on whether we're the right fit.
